About Chevron Traffic Management
Chevron Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management services, specializing in the setup and management of temporary road closures, diversions, and pedestrian walkways to ensure road worker and road user safety during roadworks.
Our team of experts consults, plans, designs, estimates, and liaises with suppliers and customers to deliver high-quality schemes that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Deal with incoming inquiries and process internal requests.
- Ensure all company processes and policies are adhered to.
- Record all client and project data in relevant company systems and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring timely invoicing of completed works.
- Perform other duties as required by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible working and reliability.
- Traffic management experience is an asset.
