  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to provide effective, coordinated service solutions that improve safety and quality while ensuring value for money across the Nuclear Operations sector.
  • Conduct regular assessments of contract performance to foster continuous improvement and deliver safe, sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure a standardized approach is consistently applied, aligning with corporate objectives through benchmarking and best practice sharing.
  • Support the fleet by performing supplier readiness evaluations, safety inspections, and tactical assistance.

  • A degree in a business-related field.
  • A professional qualification such as MCIPS.
  • Proven senior management experience in a multi-site context, including leadership and IT proficiency.
  • Extensive knowledge of strategic direction implementation, including tender processes, contract management, and project oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large budgets, prioritizing expenditures in a dynamic environment, and enhancing business efficiency.
  • A successful track record in managing contracts and contractor relationships.
  • Familiarity with quality processes such as TQM, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
  • Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH, CDM Regulations).
  • Quality management experience (e.g., ISO9001, auditing).
