About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering complex engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are satisfied.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and report on project progress, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
