About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new 4-bedded Children's home in Winsford, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to guide a team in providing an outstanding, responsive, and nurturing home for autistic children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective and safe running of the service, maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Deliver high-quality care to children and young people, responsible for the delivery of all care services and strategic planning within the home.
  • Act as an effective practice leader, monitoring the quality and professionalism of the team.
  • Implement and maintain iMap's underpinning philosophies and practice framework, ensuring care standards are never compromised.
  • Manage referrals, assessments, and admissions, ensuring full occupancy of the home.
  • Effectively manage the home's budget, ensuring full financial compliance.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are maintained and adhered to within the service.
Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • Level 3 Working with Children and Young People
  • 4 years' experience of supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities
  • 4 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role under Ofsted
What We Offer

37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around the needs of the service. Participate in iMap's out-of-hours on-call management service. Annual leave: 38 days.
