About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand new 4-bedded Children's home in Winsford, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to guide a team in providing an outstanding, responsive, and nurturing environment for autistic children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective and safe running of the service, maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Deliver high-quality care to children and young people, responsible for the delivery of all care services and strategic planning within the home.
  • Maintain and expand on the well-established principles and practice standards within iMap, contributing to the continuous improvement of childcare services.
  • Manage the home effectively and efficiently, ensuring a warm, caring, and homely environment.
  • Act as an effective practice leader, monitoring the quality and professionalism of the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • Level 3 Working with Children and Young People
  • 4 years' experience supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities
  • 4 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role under Ofsted
What We Offer
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around the needs of the service
  • Annual leave: 38 days
  • Participation in iMap's out-of-hours on-call management service
