Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 Per annum
Qualifications & Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessing and implementing fire-stopping solutions across various products and manufacturers.
- Thorough understanding of Fire Door regulations.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with effective time management and prioritization skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Dedication to delivering services that meet the highest standards.
- Experience in reviewing risk assessments and overseeing remedial actions.
- Proficient in a variety of tasks including surveying, maintenance inspections, and direct installation work.
- Experience in supervising both internal teams and subcontractors during installation projects.
- Familiarity with auditing processes and ensuring compliance with relevant accreditation standards.
- Willingness to balance time between onsite duties and office responsibilities.
- As part of a growing team, we seek an individual capable of building and mentoring a team to execute a range of Passive Fire Works under their guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Fire Safety Supervisor, you will oversee the overall effectiveness of the contract, ensuring that all performance indicators and objectives are achieved. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the contract effectively.
- Conducting certification validations.
- Fostering strong collaborative relationships with engineers to enhance customer service.
- Providing technical expertise to the broader team.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary based on experience (PAYE).

- 23 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after two years of service.
