Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Location: TMC Coalville Warehouse

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Objective of the Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Global Supply Chain Team aimed at overseeing our defective components and refurbishment operations. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with our current warehouse personnel to establish new procedures and optimize our inventory management. This role is essential for managing Full Circle's defective components and refurbishment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in the system (Opusflow) reflecting the movements of defective and refurbished inventory, including financial and purchase order information.
  • Communicate directly with refurbishment partners to coordinate repair activities.
  • Expand refurbishment alternatives by identifying new repair partnerships and solutions.
  • Organize collections from field technicians and manage transportation to and from refurbishment facilities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for OEM stock items detailing refurbishment options.
  • Oversee the disposal of non-repairable items in compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop a process for warranty claims involving defective components.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in warehouse inventory management.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
  • Show proficiency in learning new technologies, such as Opusflow.
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Maintain a valid Passport.
  • Be physically capable of handling and packing/unpacking inventory items.
  • Have experience in warehouse environments and material management.
  • Possess experience in establishing supply chain processes and documentation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to process enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Be located in proximity to Coalville.
