Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ocean exports from start to finish, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in standard software packages such as Work, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ocean exports, including documentation and customs clearance
- Manage direct reports and ensure effective team communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight or a related field
- Knowledge of LCL and FCL services, as well as CNS, Destin8, and Sequoia
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard software packages, including Work, Excel, and Outlook
