Job Summary:

ABM is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site patrols and checks to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Respond to alarms and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public and act as a deterrent for any antisocial behavior
  • Write reports, logs, and update diaries to maintain accurate records
  • Take ownership of all ongoings on site while on shift

Requirements:

  • Hardworking and proactive individual with excellent communication skills
  • Good grasp of Health and Safety and security awareness
  • SIA License (essential)
  • CCTV License and First Aid certificate (desirable)
