Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and manage pupillage applications
- Create and distribute timetables for the recruitment process
- Allocate shortlisting and interview groups fairly
- Communicate with applicants and barristers throughout the process
- Organize mini pupillage days and coordinate interviews
- Ensure all paperwork is submitted and up-to-date
- Provide diversity data to the pupillage committee
- Coordinate with HR on training and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Effective people management and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and related business tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
