Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Red Recruits. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for developing and managing bid submissions and presentations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our New Business and Account Management Teams to research, design, and manage tender submissions for new and existing clients.
  • Develop and write engaging proposals for consideration in relation to identified client projects.
  • Own content planning and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Report on the performance of all documents submitted, including Pre-Qualification Documents, RFPs, Onboarding Documents, Tenders, and General Pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
