Role Objective:
The main objective of this position is to become a key expert in the Company's three service areas, delivering comprehensive monthly analyses of revenue to assist the Divisional Teams.
The successful candidate will be expected to cultivate a thorough understanding of all facets of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that revenue figures in the management accounts are prepared accurately and punctually each month, along with providing necessary commentary for any significant discrepancies.
- Assisting with various ad hoc projects as required.
- Gaining insights into detailed revenue components to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of customer billing and revenue recognition.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and questioning business performance metrics.
- Adhering to Redcentric Solutions Limited's ISO09001 and ISO27001 certification standards.
- Complying with Redcentric's internal policies and procedures.
- Safeguarding and managing Redcentric's sensitive information.
- Reporting any security incidents.
- Implementing suitable policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, attributes, and experience:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA newly qualified or part qualified.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to maintain a broader perspective.
- Proficiency in meeting deadlines while effectively communicating progress.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address any identified issues.
- Exceptional IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in handling large datasets.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency in financial reporting.
Working Hours:
The standard working hours for the Company are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. This role offers hybrid working options, allowing for 2-3 days of remote work each week.
