Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a competent Management Accountant to join their friendly and collaborative team in Harrogate. This role will work directly with the Finance Manager to accurately produce the management accounts, providing supervisory exposure to build on your skill set.

There is plenty of scope to progress within the business, and study support will be offered once probation is passed. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Finance Manager in preparing the monthly management accounts.
  2. Analysis and review of various budgets.
  3. Profit margin analysis.
  4. Assisting with the audit process.
  5. Balance sheet reconciliations.
  6. Financial reporting.

Requirements include:

  1. AAT Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  2. A good understanding and working knowledge of the management accounts process.
  3. Strong Excel skills.
