We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director specializing in Unreal Engine to join our team and contribute to the success of one of our exciting new projects.

As a Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of the project. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions regarding design, architecture, and implementation, ensuring that the game meets the highest technical standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Define and implement the overall technological strategy for the project, aligning it with the game's design vision and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Select and integrate appropriate technologies and tools to optimize development workflows and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, directors, leads, and other developers to support project goals and company strategies.
