About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Dexory. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bathroom areas, including manual handling of supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Administer security passes and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a facilities administration role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A flexible approach to work and a self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week and commute easily to our location.
