Position Overview

As part of Activ's dedicated team of behavior support and allied health professionals, you will provide innovative, person-centered, and quality-driven services to our clients. Our approach combines remote work with community engagement across Western Australia.

In the role of Proficient Behavior Support Practitioner, you will benefit from continuous peer supervision and support from a team that includes three Advanced Level Behavior Support Practitioners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Registration as a Behavior Support Practitioner with NDIS at the Proficient level
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in leading group sessions, training, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven history of delivering strength-based and person-centered services
  • A forward-thinking attitude and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities
