Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate RNLD Registered Nurse to join our team at a specialist mental health service in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As an RNLD Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
- Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing.
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals under NMC guidelines.
- Administer prescribed medicines in line with healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
Requirements:
- Be an RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin Number.
- Be well-informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 and understand the latest nursing practices.
- Focus on patient recovery to monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
- Empower and support service user independence.
- Have experience working in autism and mental health settings.
- Be flexible to work day and night shifts.
