Job Title: HRIS Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS platform(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Download and upload HR information from a legacy system to our new HRIS platform.
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data and system functionality.
  • Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, working with vendors and IT as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and work with internal teams or external vendors to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Experience/knowledge in HRIS software – Sage/Workday.
  • Intermediate/advanced technical skills (MS Office, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
