Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organise and conduct thorough check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and process invoices to ensure efficient property maintenance.
- Ensure property compliance by verifying EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Resolve deposit disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Manage tenancy paperwork, including serving section notices as required.
- Support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
