About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and industry relationships
  • Identify sites directly through targeted marketing and research
  • Conduct desktop research, data analysis, and utilize industry-leading tools to evaluate site potential
  • Visit target towns and conduct site appraisals to assess site suitability
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process to secure sites for our developments
  • Work closely with our Land Director and wider team to formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in land buying or a related field, preferably within the property sector
  • Strong knowledge of the land market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's license and a clean driving record
