We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd, working full-time in our developments in Surrey.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive and hassle-free experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our developments, providing them with tailored advice and guidance.
- Work closely with our onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving budgeted selling prices for your development.
- Develop a deep understanding of our developments, including floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. Previous new homes sales experience, particularly in the retirement market, is desirable.
You will be a calm and supportive individual, able to provide reassurance to our customers during the sales process. You will also be happy working independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
