About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our dynamic team at Neilson Financial Services. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, provide coaching and training, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to sales agents to improve performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to motivate and inspire the team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
