About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to students, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational sessions that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Teaching or training qualifications.
  • Experience working with students aged 11-16.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting.
