Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and creative sessions that meet our quality assurance standards.
  • Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory training and CPD as required.
  • Familiarize yourself with our Code of Conduct and operational policies, including Health & Safety, Child Protection, and Data Protection.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and protection of children in your care by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Teaching or training qualifications.
  • Mentoring and coaching qualifications (desirable).
  • Experience working with young people aged 11-16.
  • Training and working in diverse community settings.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £100-£130.
  • A 5-day per week, 6-hour per day schedule (term-time).
  • Paid holiday (accrued and paid at end of fixed term period).

The post holder must maintain confidentiality and meet the requirements of the General Data Regulation Act. Pre-employment checks will be completed, including digitalized right-to-work checks and DBS applications via an external provider. An internal online social media search will also be conducted, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
