New Homes Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced New Homes Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a leading estate agency and property services provider, we offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual to excel in a lucrative and rewarding career.
About the Role:
- Build relationships with New Homes Sites and Estate Agency Teams to drive sales and growth.
- Collect and act on information gathered from colleagues and referrals to provide exceptional customer service.
- Offer advice on a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet customers' needs.
- Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
- CeMap qualified or equivalent.
- Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
- 2 years or more experience as a mortgage advisor.
- Motivated to be successful.
- Always doing the right thing by the customer.
- Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
