Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities
  • Proactively contact customers and leads to provide mortgage and protection advice
  • Utilise bespoke digital marketing materials to post online and generate business
  • Participate in dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development and progression
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the company by building internal and external relationships
Requirements:
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients through various channels, including email, phone, face-to-face, and video
  • Hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Have experience in providing mortgage and protection advice
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months while building your pipeline
  • Company car or £250pm car allowance

  • Branch-based role with regular working hours and occasional Saturdays
