New Homes Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated New Homes Mortgage Specialist to join our team. As a New Homes Mortgage Specialist, you will work remotely but still benefit from centralised support and on-going guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with New Homes Sites and Estate Agency Teams
  • Collecting and acting on information gathered from colleagues and referrals
  • Providing advice on a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet your customers' needs
  • Attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment

Requirements:

  • Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
  • CeMap qualified or Equivalent
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • 2 years or more experience as a mortgage advisor
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • Full UK Driving Licence
