We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team in Medway. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage Advisors and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Mortgage Advisors to manage workflow and meet client deadlines.
  2. Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation for mortgage applications.
  3. Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner.
  4. Update our CRM system with relevant client information and correspondence.
  5. Prepare mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings.
  6. Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline.
  7. Process invoices and chase late payments.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their mortgage applications and offering support when needed.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in estate agency, mortgage advisory, or a related field.
  2. Understanding of the mortgage process.
  3. Availability to work 5 days a week.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  6. Proficiency in IT systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  7. Bubbly personality and a quick learner.
  8. Commitment to a career in the financial planning industry.
