Key Responsibilities- Lead the complete project management process for product development initiatives and studies, ensuring their successful execution from inception to delivery.
- Contribute strategic insights and supervise intricate development projects, operating with a significant level of independence.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions, from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation.
- Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
- Extensive experience with SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success
- Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams
- Sound understanding of assessment-related software
- Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms with focus on user experience would be ideal
- Any previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions would be desirable
