About the Role:
Staffline is seeking a dedicated Custodial Officer to join our esteemed client, G4S, a prominent global leader in security and outsourcing solutions, focusing on the management of business processes in sectors where safety and security are paramount.
Compensation:
- Annual salary of £26,269.55 during training, transitioning to £31,000 per annum after two years of service.
Training:
During the initial 9-week training program, you will engage in 35 hours of training per week, equipping you with the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Opportunities for overtime are also available.

Your primary duty will be to ensure that inmates are actively participating in educational or vocational programs within the correctional facility. You will also be responsible for securing inmates in their cells during evening hours.
