Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out repair work, compiling and reporting plant engineering performance, and implementing the plant PPM system.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and carry out repair work using diagrams, drawings, and repair manuals.
- Carry out both mechanical and electrical faults and breakdowns, mainly electrical on automated FMCG lines.
- Compile and report plant engineering performance.
- Implement and complete the plant PPM system.
- Respond to equipment and facilities breakdowns.
- Support engineering corrective actions in response to quality issues.
- Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualifications (minimum required).
- Experience in FMCG/automated systems (desirable).
- Attractive salary of up to £40k DOE.
- Training and development opportunities, including the chance to travel abroad for machine-specific support.
- Advancement in your engineering skills, including Level 3 qualification within your electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Between 8-10% annual bonus (dependent on performance).
