Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our drivers, focusing on classroom and on-road assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless training delivery across all shifts.
- Utilize your expertise to develop and implement effective training strategies, promoting a culture of excellence within the Transport department.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess driver performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
Requirements
- Recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional Saturdays.
