We are pleased to announce an opportunity with Devon County Council within our Children and Families Exeter Team for the position of Family Support Practitioner.

Located in Devon, this role involves assisting families facing multiple and complex challenges by providing practical support and well-trained interventions, both during critical times and as part of a long-term support strategy for select families.
