Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
  • Focus on gaining new instructions for properties to market and marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area, door knock, and leaflet drop to ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Support your manager by helping to lead the team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
