About the Role

As a Property Valuer with Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers. You will also be required to complete contracts on properties, upsell additional products, and prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an estate agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
