Sales Valuer

We are seeking an experienced Valuer to join our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Leighton Buzzard area.

As a Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties and working from home. You will also have the flexibility to manage your own diary and provide an end-to-end service for your customers from Valuation to the Completion of the sale.

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and win new instructions while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
• Managing your own diary
• Providing an end-to-end service for customers

Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:

• Up to £27,500 Basic
• £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)
• Company Car or Car allowance
• Ongoing training and support

Requirements for the Valuer role:

• Highly experienced in Property Sales
• Be motivated and driven
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
