Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure high-quality delivery of all homecare services for Immunology and Bone Health.
  • Ensure that each homecare service delivers value to patients, NHS, and UCB, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Account manage all homecare providers and ensure they deliver against agreed commercial and NHS KPIs.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Homecare Lead for Immunology and the Head of Patient Experience to ensure consistency, share insights, and best practice across all homecare programs.
  • Deliver one vision for Homecare management across UCB UK and Ireland.
  • Co-lead the quarterly Homecare Governance Committee to ensure all homecare programs are executed with excellence according to the approved local work instruction, governance framework, and homecare contractual agreements.
