Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our UK&I Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems, working within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, resolving complex HVAC system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, with a strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, including NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required, with a maximum of 10 weeks of travel per year.
- Competitive salary and overtime paid at premium pay rates.
