Location: Remote

Salary: £49,727, depending on experience plus 5% pension

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Development and Income Generation to lead our development strategy and drive the growth of our income streams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in income generation and business development, with exceptional writing skills for bid and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to drive income growth
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve income targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, trusts, foundations, and individual donors
  • Manage and budget for development projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to achieve organizational goals

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in income generation and business development
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
