About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Distribution Director to join our team at Mercury Hampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our global distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global distribution strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize market share
  • Manage and develop a team of internal sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to enhance distribution performance and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement pricing and margin policies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Manage and update distribution agreements with key partners to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement a CRM system to improve sales and customer service processes
  • Assist with big-ticket business development projects to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Provide market intelligence and product development insights to inform business decisions
  • Attend global exhibitions and events to promote our brand and products
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in global distribution leadership, with a strong commercial background
  • Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, both internal and external
  • Strong technical and industrial background, with a deep understanding of mechanical engineering products and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately forecast and drive business growth
