We are seeking a skilled Hardware Product Sales Specialist to join our Trading team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for buying and selling a defined product set to a variety of brokers and channel customers to generate margin.
Your role will involve:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell existing products.
- Utilizing various resources to obtain new business and grow existing relationships, including phone, email, messaging, and social media platforms.
- Providing exceptional customer service and being highly responsive to customer requests.
- Collaborating with other teams, including logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Generating weekly reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
