We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Liaison Officer in Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring teamwork, leadership, and employability programmes for young people in Dorset.

About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver programmes that meet the needs of our young people, in collaboration with school staff, local partners, and volunteers.
  • Liaise with regional manager to ensure programmes are supported and effective.
  • Travel to partner schools and business sites in and around Dorset, with fuel expenses paid and travel time included as part of working hours.
  • Work with secondary schools to provide early support programmes, with core delivery time usually within the school working day and during school terms only.
