Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Too Gallus, a global creative agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account plans, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Develop and execute account plans, including project timelines and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to inform account strategy
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency or similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including project timelines and resource allocation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client feedback and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
