Job Summary

The main purpose of this role is to support the Homes Team delivery, working closely with the Homes Programme Manager to ensure that delivery is focused on achieving the Groundwork GM vision, facilitating learning across the programme area, ensuring consistency in programme delivery, and exploring improvements to the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer contract signing across all projects.
  • Carry out audit and client site inspections to domestic properties.
  • Support the Contract Manager with data gathering, analysis of performance, and contract administration across a range of programmes.
  • Provide support to the field teams daily routine and report on progress.
  • Must be willing to achieve a Level 3 in energy awareness within the first 3 months of employment.
  • Use internal and external data of the Homes programmes to help inform service development and practice.
