Position Overview

As part of our ongoing growth and an expanding clientele, HW Global is seeking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our research division. This role involves direct collaboration with Senior Consultants and Partners who are responsible for executing high-level search assignments.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in recruitment, human resources, research, or a related field, and is eager to develop a career in executive search.

Essential Competencies

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, necessary for conveying research insights to the team and engaging with senior candidates and clients effectively.
  • Proficient administrative skills, as this position entails managing reporting tools and research systems. While training will be provided, prior administrative experience is beneficial.
  • High levels of motivation, evident ambition, interpersonal skills, and a robust work ethic.
  • Able to perform under pressure and maintain a quick pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive research on candidates, clients, and relevant market sectors.
  • Engage with senior professionals via phone to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews while guiding senior stakeholders through the search process.
  • Identify new candidates through networking, research, databases, and targeted headhunting.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in your market while recognizing client opportunities.
  • Oversee all related administration, documentation, and reporting associated with the searches.
  • Manage ongoing systems related to the search process.
