We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Medical Director within the realm of mental health services. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative assistance to the Executive Medical Director, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Assurance Officers and oversee budget management responsibilities related to the executive team.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping systems and provide guidance and supervision to support staff within the executive office.
