Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd on a maternity cover for a period of 14 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering our brand growth plans, driving new product development, and working closely with category and sales functions to develop compelling retailer sell-in stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the brand's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
  • Develop and implement pricing, promotion, and product strategies
  • Drive new product development and innovation
  • Collaborate with category and sales functions to develop compelling retailer sell-in stories
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and category managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong influencing and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
