Senior Brand Manager Opportunity

Signature Career Management is supporting a food manufacturer in the East Midlands in their search for a Senior Brand Manager to take on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to join a FMCG business that is undergoing a significant transformation, moving towards a brand-led organization. The company has a strong portfolio of brands, but has been more reactive than proactive in their approach. They are looking for someone who can relaunch, re-strategize, and bring creativity and life to their brand management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing brand plans, working closely with creative agencies to execute PR and digital campaigns
  • Managing campaigns to drive business results
  • Leading strategic brand repositioning initiatives to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Leading and mentoring a team of brand managers

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in FMCG brand management
  • Excellent collaboration and team leadership skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Accountability and a results-driven approach
