About the Role
- Lead a team of lettings negotiators to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive
