Clinical Oncology Pharmacist with On-Call Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Pharmacy Team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to patients at our adult cancer services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive and effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to designated Oncology/Haematology wards
- Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience
- Provide release of chemotherapy products according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Facilitate and promote rational and optimal medicines usage
- Provide assimilated and relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Participate in the out-of-hours pharmacy service as per agreed roster
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist with a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification
- Post-registration experience in a UK hospital pharmacy
- Clinical Oncology experience and aseptic services
- Patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, flexible, and able to work independently with good judgment to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
